Returning a MuseFo piece is simple and completely free. Follow these four steps, and we'll handle everything from pickup to your refund.
Return Eligibility by Category
While we strive for complete satisfaction, certain categories have specific return policies to protect both collectors and artisans.
Damaged on Arrival?
If your piece arrives damaged, document everything immediately with photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not attempt to repair or clean the item.
Prefer an Exchange?
Sometimes a return isn't what you need—a different size, finish, or material might be the perfect fit. MuseFo offers seamless exchanges for standard pieces. Browse our current collection and we'll coordinate the swap, handling all shipping costs.
