Welcome to MuseFo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MuseFo website, platform, and services. By accessing or using MuseFo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AcceptanceYour use of MuseFo constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you are using MuseFo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
ModificationsWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Age RequirementYou must be at least 18 years old to use MuseFo services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
MuseFo provides a platform connecting collectors with artisan-crafted and AI-designed art pieces:
Artwork CommissionWe facilitate commissions for custom-designed artwork. You may browse our catalog, request custom designs using our AI tools, and place orders for production.
AI Design ServicesOur AI-powered design tools generate artwork concepts based on your preferences. These concepts are reviewed by our artisans before production.
MarketplaceWe offer pre-designed and limited-edition pieces available for immediate purchase. These items are produced by our vetted artisan network.
Concierge ServicesOur team provides personalized assistance, including commission guidance, shipping coordination, and after-sale support.
Customs & ImportInternational orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listed price.
Order PlacementWhen you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping, customs duties, and taxes. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment MethodsWe accept major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for orders over $5,000. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
Order ConfirmationOrders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You'll receive an email confirmation with order details and estimated production timeline.
Production TimelineCustom commissions typically require 2-4 weeks for design finalization and 4-8 weeks for production. Pre-made items ship within 5-7 business days.
CancellationsYou may cancel an order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Custom commissions that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
Pricing ChangesWe reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we'll notify you and allow cancellation for a full refund.
Shipping MethodsAll orders are shipped via tracked, insured courier services. Shipping options are provided at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.
Delivery EstimatesEstimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Customs & DutiesInternational orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures. You are responsible for ensuring the item can be legally imported to your country.
Risk of LossRisk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
Receiving Your OrderUpon delivery, inspect the package for damage before signing. Document any damage with the carrier and contact us within 24 hours.
Failed DeliveryIf delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee apply.
Return WindowStandard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom commissions and limited editions are final sale.
Return ConditionItems must be returned in original condition with all documentation and packaging. Artwork showing signs of use or damage is not eligible for return.
Return ProcessContact our concierge team to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Refund TimelineRefunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable ItemsCustom commissions, limited editions, personalized items, and artwork that has been displayed are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
Design OwnershipAI-generated concepts become property of MuseFo unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You receive a license to commission the production of these designs.
Commissioned ArtworkOnce fully paid, you own the physical artwork. However, MuseFo retains the right to display images of commissioned pieces in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Limited EditionsLimited edition pieces are produced in numbered quantities. Once sold, we may reproduce the design in other sizes or materials.
TrademarkThe MuseFo name, logo, and related marks are our property. You may not use these without written permission.
User ContentYou retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on MuseFo, you grant us a license to use it for our services.
DMCAWe respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.
